Al-Aqsa Student Association hosts Q&A
On Tuesday March 11, the Al-Aqsa Muslim Student Association was inspired by the start of Ramadan to share information about Muslim culture to interested people around the school with a presentation and Q&A.
Some of the topics discussed at the event included: The Five Pillars of Islam, the meaning of Ramadan, the meaning and history of The Quran, and the origins of the Muslim religion.
“I think that this event was important because it allowed us to connect with others and share our beliefs. It gave people the opportunity to ask questions and learn in a respectful space. Events like these help bring communities together and encourage understanding between people of different backgrounds,” said Irfan Ahadi, MSA President.

“My favorite part of the event was when I got to present. It was exciting to share information with everyone and see people engaged in learning about Islam and Ramadan. Being able to speak about something important to me made the experience more meaningful,” he added.
