Echo Staff
Arizona Cardinals:
The NFL’s trash bin is hoping young Josh ROSEn will work out heading into the future.
Atlanta Falcons:
The Falcons have everyone confused this season as they search for a little bit of consistency.
Baltimore Ravens:
Lamar Jackson has sparked this team, along with a strong-as-steel defense.
Buffalo Bills:
The Bills have been consistently smoked at home and on the road and need to do some shopping this off-season.
Carolina Panthers:
Super Cam (Newton) has found his boy wonder in running back Christian McCaffrey.
Chicago Bears:
This defense is crazy good. Monsters of the Midway are back.
Cincinnati Bengals:
The Bengals’ season has been a roller-coaster ride that is now trending down due to key injuries.
Cleveland Browns:
Not great by any means, but Baker Mayfield leads a strong young core for the Browns.
Dallas Cowboys:
After a very shaky start, the Cowboys have turned their season around and look like a certain playoff team.
Denver Broncos:
Denver has an all-around stable team so far, and the mile high salute is back and as good as ever.
Detroit Lions:
This year hasn’t been Detroit’s year, so they should probably just stick to making cars in Motor City.
Green Bay Packers:
The Pack has cut ties with their longtime head coach, and Aaron Rodgers is now free to call the shots.
Houston Texans:
The Texans have turned things around and won nine straight after losing three in a row to open the season, although that streak was recently snapped by the Colts.
Indianapolis Colts:
The Colts are off to the races thanks to some young talent and QB Andrew Luck(y).
Jacksonville Jaguars:
Cornerback Jalen Ramsey should probably take a break from talking smack about other teams, at least until the Jags stop trending down.
Kansas City Chiefs:
The Chiefs are arguably the most enjoyable team to watch in the NFL, especially with Patrick “Kermit the Frog” Mahomes leading them.
Los Angeles Chargers:
This team is certainly charged up this season, even with Melvin Gordon injured.
Los Angeles Rams:
Sean McVay may be the youngest coach in the NFL, but he has proved he is one of the best by leading this top three team.
Miami Dolphins:
The Dolphins are anchored in place at second in their division due to a 1-5 road record this season.
Minnesota Vikings:
WR Adam Thielen’s record 8 straight games with 100+ receiving yards have helped the Vikings defend U.S. Bank Stadium this season, although their away record is less impressive.
New England Patriots:
Tom “The Goat” Brady and Coach Belichick have led the Patriots to their 18th straight winning season, although they don’t seem to be the same team we saw last year.
New Orleans Saints:
QB Drew Brees is loving life right now because he has more weapons than he knows what to do with. The Saints are probably going to be playing deep into the winter after clinching a playoff spot this week.
New York Giants:
While Eli Manning continues to live in the shadow of his legendary brother, Saquon Barkley has been showing his full strength while carrying this team in all five of their wins.
New York Jets:
The Jets have crash landed right into the trash bin and are currently burning out very, very fast. They are putting the hot in hot garbage.
Oakland Raiders:
The Raiders are shipping all of their key players off before moving to Vegas next season, so not exactly the ending the city of Oakland dreamt of.
Philadelphia Eagles:
Philly has major Super Bowl hangover this season. They look nothing like the high-flying Eagles from last year.
Pittsburgh Steelers:
Steelers fans spent the first ten weeks of the season searching for Le’Veon Bell, only to find out they won’t find him anywhere in Pittsburgh anymore. Lots of unhappy team members and fans because of Bell’s decision to not sign.
San Francisco 49ers:
The 49ers can’t stay healthy this year with lots of running back changes early on and quarterback troubles recently. This team isn’t going anywhere unless they get healthy.
Seattle Seahawks:
QB Russell Wilson is the key to success in Seattle and is also a huge part of their league-leading run offense.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers:
The early season Fitz-magic ran out and the show is being run again by Jameis Winston, although his performance has been kind of crabby.
Tennessee Titans:
The Titans are still searching for some consistency in this up and down season, although they may have found some juice in Derrick Henry.
Washington Redskins:
The Redskins’ top two quarterbacks will be watching the rest of their season from the hospital, and they’ll probably see their team sink lower and lower without them.
