Make a change: take the school lunch survey
On March 4th, Alex Riley and other staff members sent a school survey about current lunch options and how the district can change or improve them.
This survey was created in response to student complaints about the lunch choices, which have grown louder since winter break ended. Staff members have been reporting that some students have stopped eating lunch at all due to the fact that some of the food that is being served doesn’t fit some students’ diets, including the variety and quality of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options.
Nurse Ryann Elder created this survey for students to be able to give their opinions, ask questions, and voice concerns about the current lunch and the food choices that are given to the students every day.
The district will use this data to inform decisions and changes for next year, so complete the School Lunch Form sent to your emails to make your voice heard!
