Students plan ahead for winter break

With winter break so close, students can’t wait to start their break. Hanging out with friends, driving and watching the next Spider-man movie are among some of the activities students will engage in.

“I’m going to be practicing my driving, I’m going to work and I might hang out with my friends while watching the new Spider-man movie,” said Stephen Marcos.

Some students might be dong a lot, but for sophomore Juan Diego-Juan, this winter break will be used for self-care.

“I’m going to sleep. Watch Netflix and celebrate with my family. I’m also going to clean for New Years because it is considered bad luck if you don’t clean,” she said.

For Sophomore Mickenzie Coyle, it’s all about family.

“I’m going to go to see my cousins. We are going to sleep over and I’m going to celebrate my cousin’s birthday,” she said.
