Speculation Surrounds Kidnap Accusation
Isidro Garcia was arrested on Tuesday by the Santa Ana police for kidnapping, raping, and holding a 15 year old girl hostage for ten years.
Garcia had started dating the victims mother, soon when the daughter was abducted in June 2004, but was reported missing in August 2004.
The victim now 25, has a daughter and is married to Garcia. Soon after they started having problems with their relationship, the victim found her sister on Facebook and told her everything. Days later, Garcia was arrested.
Garcia is now charged with one fount of forcible rape, three counts or lewd acts on a minor, and one count or kidnapping to commit a sexual offense. He will spend 19 years in prison with a million dollar bond.
