News of Pennsylvania School Stabbing Reaches UHS Students During 2nd Hour

Urbana High School was buzzing during second hour today. Students were receiving notifications of the tragic school stabbing in Murrysville, Pennsylvania.

Early this morning a student from Franklin Regional Senor High School stabbed 20 people at random throughout the classrooms and hallways.Students at the school believed it was completely unexpected and the attacker was a shy quiet young man.

police have the student in custody, but currently the name is not being released. The reasoning and conditions of those hurt are still pending. District school Superintendent has decided to close down the high school for several days and is offering counseling for anyone interested.

In respect for those injured in the attack, students in English Teacher, Erin Ludwick’s class asked to take a moment of silence when the news was released.
