Bear’s Football
I asked a few UHS students if they thought the Bears would have a good 2012-2013 season, and how many games they expected the Bear to win. The students answered.
“No not really, mainly because of their quarterback mainly said Junior Jiahong Chen. “They will only win about seven games this regular season.” Junior Cody Keefer said “No [they wont have a good season], the quarterback is terrible. [I think] they will only win about nine games.” Sophmore Evan told the Echo that he thought the Bears would do “better than last year, and win about eight games.” Freshman Caleb Ross said “I’m not a Bears fan, and I think they’ll win at least 8 games.”
During the off season, the Bears acquired a new player: Brandon Marshall. He can really do some good work on the offensive end of the ball.
On the defensive end, the Bears recently acquired Brian Urlacher. But he has help on the defensive side in the form of Julius Peppers, who can really get to the quarterback in a hurry. They can really do some great work this season.
The Bears seem like they will have a fantastic season.They have some real impact players that can do some danger this year to opponent. This team can really be a good Playoff Contender this 2012-2013 Season. I think the Bears will get some where this season. They won’t be a bad squad this year, like people are saying.
The Chicago Bears opened their Season off against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday, September 9th.
