HEADBAND
You can buy a plain headband at stores such as Forever 21 for very little money and spruce it up with buttons, ribbons or feathers (all of which can be found at fabric and craft stores). You can use a hot glue gun (but be careful!) or needle and thread to attach all of these items to you headband of choice.
